Back to Abbey Main Page| Mount Angel Abbey Retreat House is located on the top of a mountain east of the town of Mt. Angel. Its setting provides a spectacular view of the Willamette Valley and snow-capped mountains to the north. The abbey has spacious grounds and a meditation path in a wooded area. In the Retreat House there is a prayer chapel and a reading room. Retreatants may read and study in the Mount Angel Abbey Library, beautiful in design and rich in theological and scriptural works. |
